Whether virtual or in-person, during this time I will get to know more about your team, league or organization. We'll also go over your needs and expectations. After we've established what type of session you will need (volume/media day) I’ll go over pricing, packages, and any add-ons so you know exactly what’s included. Once we finalize details, we’ll sign a contract to secure your date and outline expectations. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to book your session date.

During the weeks leading up to the session, I will need to receive team rosters with participant names and roles, athlete names and jersey numbers. Another brief consultation to confirm location, set and confirm capture schedule with coaches, parents and participants. This information should be provided no later than 1 week before the session date. During this time participants are encouraged to think of any poses they would like to do or props they would like to incorporate in their session. Ideally a "shot-list" would be preferred but is not required.

Media Day is meant to be fun, hype and showcase your team's brand. Participants are more than welcome to have their own playlist, goof off a bit and be their authentic selves. Participants should be ready by the start time with the team captures being completed first, group, then individuals.

After captures are completed, images will be processed within 2 weeks of the capture date then uploaded online to your team's gallery for proofing and online ordering.

All orders will be delivered to the designated appointee from your organization within 5 weeks for delivery to patrons.
